The stones of Bedrock Income were laid many years ago. Owner, Matt McDermott grew up in the business. He's been quoted to say, "Around the dinner table as a teenager the topic was 'tenant policy.' It just seemed normal to me. But I didn't know how much it would serve me later on in life."
Bedrock recognized a gap in the market. No property management company dominated the market. No real estate agents felt that there was a company who they could trust to send their clients. Most of the existing property managers tried to do the bare minimum, investing no resources into bettering their product, systems, processes, or customer experience.
Bedrock grew one stepping stone at a time as they refined every aspect of their business, believing that if they put reputation and service first, instead of the money, that the money would take care of itself.
